Seafolly Shipping Policy
Seafolly Australia uses StarTrack couriers to deliver orders. Beach Club members get free shipping year round on all orders and non-members also qualify for free shipping on orders over $50 shipping in Australia. Orders under $50 require a flat fee of $7.50 for non-members. Orders placed before 1pm AEST will be delivered within 1 to 3 working days. An additional day may need to be added to the delivery time frame for non-metro areas.
Seafolly Return Policy
In case you change your mind about an item you’ve purchased from Seafolly, you’re entitled to a refund within 30 days of receipt as long as it meets certain requirements. You can request a refund as long as you provide your order confirmation number as proof of purchase, tags are attached to all items and the garment is in original condition—unworn and unwashed. Seafolly offers free returns when you use an Australia Post label which you can find via the Parcel Returns Portal. You can also return your online purchase to your nearest Seafolly Concept Store. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt of the return.
If you need a different size or colour of the same style, Seafolly offers exchanges or replacements to that effect. Exchanges are processed within 5 business days of receipt.
