If you rented your books, you can return them to Zookal using any of the 3 methods available. Separate rental orders can be returned in one parcel to speed up the returns processing. The first option is returning to your local ParcelPoint location.You’ll need to use a ParcelPoint label to lodge your return at a ParcelPoint location. The second option is the Australia Post Office which is available for select locations. Once you enter your details and select Australia Post eParcel, you’ll be able to download and print your Australia Post eParcel label. The label will be required to lodge your return at an Australia Post Office. If you’d rather return the books yourself, you can take them to the Head Office between 9:00am and 5:00pm on weekdays. Free returns only apply to rentals. Any other returns, as well as refunds and exchanges will require a fee of $10.00. Books that are returned past the designated due date are charged a late fee of $5 per week.

Once you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation then the books will be delivered within a minimum of 24 hours if they’re in stock. If the book has to be ordered in, it may take 3 to 9 business days to be delivered. The shipping methods available to you depend on your postcode and the total value of your order. Free shipping applies to orders over $80 and delivery takes 1 to 2 business days within NSW, 2 to 3 business days to VIC, QLD and SA, and 4 to 7 business days to all other states from the time of dispatch. Standard shipping costs $6.95 for orders up to $80.00 with delivery in 1 to 2 business days within NSW, 2 to 3 business days to VIC, QLD and SA and 4 to 7 business days to all other states from dispatch time. In case you drop your course or no longer require the textbooks you ordered, Zookal offers a 14 day refund period. You will receive a full refund minus shipping costs. Refunds do not apply to Vitalsource eBooks or Cengage eBooks.
