Saving at Impress

How UK Shoppers Cut Costs at Impress

Impress provides orthodontic and dental-aesthetic treatments in the UK, including Invisalign® clear aligners for adults and teenagers, clear retainers, professional teeth whitening and veneers. Its UK site describes aligner treatment as orthodontist-led and supported by personalised treatment planning, clinic appointments and the Impress App.

This guide focuses on practical ways to reduce the amount you pay, from checking current retailer promotions to comparing payment options and confirming what is included in your treatment plan. Because dental treatment is personalised, the final price and eligibility for any saving should be confirmed with Impress before you commit.

Start with the official offer details

Impress has an official offers page for seasonal promotions and discounts. At the time of checking, that page described a potential total saving of £900 on aligner treatment, made up of £500 off Invisalign®, a £50 dental cleaning included with treatment and professional teeth whitening stated as worth £350. The page also says that promotions can change and are subject to availability and terms and conditions.

Do not treat a headline saving as an automatic reduction. Check whether the promotion applies to your treatment category, whether an appointment must be booked within a particular period and whether any other eligibility requirements are listed. The clearest route is to review the offer wording immediately before booking a free orthodontic evaluation.

Use the free evaluation to avoid unnecessary spending

Impress states that its first orthodontic evaluation is free and comes with no obligation. The appointment is used to assess oral health, identify a suitable treatment plan and explain the cost and available payment options. Booking this assessment before making financial decisions can help you avoid paying for a treatment that is unsuitable for your needs.

Take a short list of questions to the appointment. Ask which treatment level applies to your case, what the quoted price includes, whether refinements or attachments are covered and whether whitening or other services are part of a current promotion. Written confirmation is useful when comparing the overall cost rather than relying only on a monthly figure.

Compare the total price with monthly payments

Impress says customers can pay upfront or use financing, with options of up to 60 instalments and some plans advertised from 0% interest. Its pricing information also gives examples based on treatment complexity, so the monthly amount is not a universal price for every patient.

Compare the total repayable amount, not just the monthly payment. Check the number of instalments, the representative APR or interest rate, any deposit, and the exact amount payable over the full term. The site notes that credit is subject to status, affordability checks and individual circumstances, and that missed repayments can affect your credit score. Choose a payment plan only if the full commitment fits your budget.

Check what is included in the treatment

Impress describes its clear-aligner pricing as transparent and says the treatment price includes the aligners needed throughout the course, including refinements where required. The pricing page also lists the Impress App, a storage case, Chewies, a cheek retractor and whitening gel as included treatment items. Attachments, engagers and refinements are described as included when required under the price provided during consultation.

These inclusions can help prevent unexpected extras, but the wording of your own treatment plan remains important. Read the quotation line by line and ask about anything not clearly stated, including replacement items, additional appointments or future retainers. A lower starting price is not necessarily cheaper if essential elements are excluded.

Look beyond aligner promotions

Impress also lists prices for other treatments, including teen aligners, retainers and whitening. If your goal is limited to improving tooth colour rather than correcting alignment, compare the relevant treatment instead of automatically choosing a full aligner plan. The official pricing page gives separate starting figures for these services, but your final price may depend on the treatment selected and the payment arrangement.

Current Impress patients may also be able to use the retailer’s referral programme. The official page says patients can share a unique link through the Impress App; when a friend visits and starts treatment, the friend receives a discount on orthodontic treatment and the existing patient receives a gift voucher for an online retailer. Confirm the current referral terms before relying on this route.

Entering a code at checkout

Impress services are generally arranged through appointments and treatment consultations rather than a standard shopping basket. If the retailer presents a promotional-code field during booking or payment, enter a valid code exactly as shown and confirm that the price changes before completing the transaction.

If no code field appears, do not assume a code can be added later. Instead, check the promotion’s instructions, ask the Impress team how it must be claimed and confirm the saving is recorded against your appointment or treatment quotation before paying. Never assume that two offers can be combined unless Impress clearly says so.

Before you pay

  • Confirm that you are viewing the UK version of the Impress site and the correct treatment page.
  • Check the promotion’s expiry, eligibility rules, availability and terms before booking.
  • Ask for the full treatment price in writing, including any deposit and payment-plan costs.
  • Compare the total repayable amount for finance with the upfront price.
  • Confirm which aligners, refinements, attachments, accessories and follow-up care are included.
  • Check whether whitening, cleaning or another extra is included only under a specific promotion.
  • Save the quotation and promotion details until your treatment has started.

Quick checklist

  • Have I checked the current official promotion rather than relying on an old code?
  • Is the saving relevant to my exact Impress treatment?
  • Have I attended or booked the free evaluation where required?
  • Do I understand the full price and the finance terms?
  • Is there a code field, or do I need to confirm eligibility another way?
  • Have I verified the final amount before making payment?

For a final pre-payment check, compare the latest terms and eligibility information on the Impress discount codes page, then confirm the saving directly with Impress before booking or paying.
