Amcal Shipping Policy

Free shipping applies to orders over $89 (including GST). All other orders require a $7.50 shipping fee. The Australia Post eParcel service is the shipping courier used for delivery of your orders and delivery times vary according to where you live. The average delivery time for Victoria is 3 working days, while deliveries to New South Whales, ACT, Tasmania, South Australia and Queensland take 5 working days. 7 working days is the estimated delivery time for addresses in Western Australia and Northern Territory. You’ll be able to track your parcel using the tracking number provided when your order is dispatched. A signature will be required upon receipt of your order and if no one is home on the date of delivery, a delivery card will be left with details of a nearby Australia Post outlet, from where the parcel can be collected. You can enjoy the comfort of shopping online from wherever you are, then collect your order in store and skip the shipping fees thanks to the Click and Collect feature. All items are available for Click and Collect and will be indicated as such on the product page with an icon. To use this feature, you have to be signed in then select Click and Collect as your delivery method during checkout. After you find and select the store you want to collect your order from, you can enter your payment details to complete your order. An email containing your collection details will be sent to you when your order is ready for collection, usually by the next day although it may take between 3 and 7 working days depending on the location of your preferred store. Orders will b kept up to 14 days from the time you receive your initial collection email. All you need to collect your order is a photo ID and a copy of your confirmation email.

Amcal Return Policy

Orders are usually dispatched on the next business day and once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You can return it once you’ve received it, for a full refund minus the postage fees. By the terms of the Australian Consumer Law, you can return a product if it’s faulty, significantly different to those shown or described, not fit for the purpose for which it was purchased, or unsafe. Perfumes, vitamins, food or medicine are not eligible for return.
